That is, whatever activities we do on the website (i.e. On The Page) to get a website on the first page of SERP is called On Page SEO.
The tasks done under On Page SEO are as follows:

After this Update, the importance of technical SEO increased a lot.

That is, we can call Technical SEO a part of On Page SEO. Technical SEO is about improving our website to make it easier for search engines to find, understand, and store your content.
